ManageSoft Partners with JevoTrust to Extend Reach of Leading Software Asset Management Solution in Europe

Maidenhead, UK. February 22, 2010 - ManageSoft (www.managesoft.com), the leading provider of desktop to datacentre software asset management (SAM) solutions, is expanding its operations in Europe. The company has signed a reseller agreement with end-to-end performance management specialist, JevoTrust (www.jevotrust.com) who will sell and implement ManageSoft's products in EMEA, with a particular focus on Switzerland and Italy.

Switzerland, home to the global and European headquarters of a high proportion of major corporations and financial institutions, is a key region for ManageSoft as it looks to help businesses actively seeking to reduce IT spend and stay compliant with complex software licenses. ManageSoft's software asset recognition, license compliance and contract management solutions will be combined with JevoTrust's software and systems expertise, which it has developed through many years in the IT industry. Members of the JevoTrust team have previously worked for many major organisations including Cap Gemini, Unisys, Microsoft and the Swiss Stock Exchange.

JevoTrust will initially sell and install ManageSoft's SAM products at the customers' sites, and plans to host the Software as a Service (SaaS) version of ManageSoft's flagship product--Enterprise Compliance Manager--later in the year.
