Xtraction, from Hagrid Solutions, is a self-service status reporting tool that will further elevate your service management capabilities and improve upon efficiencies. Xtraction allows end-users to gain direct access to data and build interactive dashboards and reports with simple drag-and-drop design, removing the need and dependence on specialized IT staff. Xtraction further compliments your ManageSoft Enterprise Compliance Manager^® (ECM) installation by presenting the underlying objects and fields into its interface to be used as components in building dashboards and reports. With Xtraction, users can quickly report and analyze data within the ECM asset database via interactive cross-filtering and drill-down, and ultimately export the information into various formats. Xtraction allows you to take control of your reporting and provide an increased level of insight into your data.

ManageSoft is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and was one of the first software asset management vendors to have a solution Certified for Windows Server 2008. ManageSoft is also a member of the Microsoft System Center Alliance program. ManageSoft’s Enterprise Compliance Manager^® (ECM) software includes out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007.

ECM extends the value of the Microsoft System Center infrastructure in three ways. First, by transforming Configuration Manager asset evidence into a list of proper application titles, customers gain an immediate understanding of what software is installed in their enterprise. Secondly, ECM can import purchase order data, including SKU numbers, to reconcile software purchases versus what has been installed throughout the enterprise. And third, ECM applies product usage rights to generate a license entitlement position that enables license and maintenance optimization resulting in lower IT expense.
